Privacy Policy — Tolerancer
Last updated: March 29, 2026
Noksen Studio (“we”, “us”) provides the Tolerancer add-in for Autodesk Fusion 360. This policy describes how we handle information in connection with that product. If anything here conflicts with Autodesk’s terms or privacy notices for Fusion 360, Autodesk’s documents govern your use of their platform.
1. What Tolerancer is
Tolerancer runs inside Fusion 360 as an add-in. It operates in the context of your Autodesk account and the design data you open in Fusion. We do not sell your personal information.
2. Information we may process
- Design and document content. Features may read or modify tolerance- and dimension-related data in models you work on locally within Fusion, consistent with how add-ins work. That processing typically stays on your machine unless you use Fusion cloud features governed by Autodesk.
- Technical and diagnostic data. We may collect limited technical information such as add-in version, error reports, or usage events to keep the product reliable. You should assume crash logs may include contextual metadata needed to debug issues.
- Account identifiers from Autodesk. If the add-in authenticates or calls Autodesk APIs, Autodesk may share identifiers with us only as described in Autodesk’s developer and platform policies.
3. How we use information
We use the above solely to provide, secure, and improve Tolerancer — for example:
- Executing the features you invoke inside Fusion 360
- Fixing bugs and improving performance
- Complying with law where required
4. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share data with service providers who host infrastructure or analytics strictly under contract, and with authorities if legally required. Autodesk processes data according to its own policies when you use Fusion 360.
5. Retention
We retain technical logs only as long as needed for security and improvement, unless a longer period is required by law.
6. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the nature of the product. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain processing of personal data, or to object or lodge a complaint with a regulator. Contact us using the details below. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.
8. Children
Tolerancer is a professional tool and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. We will post the new version here and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
